Active Duty Military Specials
I know how hard it is to be a military member and having to pickup and move every 2 to 4 years. We rarely break even when we bought or sold real estate becasue of all the costs associated with a real estate transaction.
I'd like to offer this special to all my Active Duty Miltary buyers and sellers and save you cash $$$$!
If you buy an existing home through me, I'll give you back 1% of the home sale price at closing! If you buy a $300,000 home that's $3,000 back at closing to go towards your closing costs or settlement fees. (*cash back based on 3% buyer agent payout)
If you buy a new construction home through me, I'll give you back 1/2 of my commission at closing! If the builder is offering to pay a 3% broker commission on a $500,000 home, I'll give you $7,500 back at closing to go towards your closing costs or settlement fees.
If you are selling a home in the area, I'll list you home for 4%! That breaks down to a 3% buyer's agent payout and 1% for Samson Realty to pay for marketing, ect..
