I give a Rebate from my Commission to my Home Buyers

This is a GREAT Program that allows me to credit my Buyers at settlement a portion of my commission to assist in reducing your Closing Costs.  Depending on the purchase price of the home that you are buying, this Program can save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

I rebate up to $500 per $100,000 on resale home and up to $1,000 per $100,000 on new construction homes.  My REBATE is based on a 3% commission payout by the listing company.

EXAMPLE:
If you bought a resale home at a purchase price of $500,000 and the listing company was paying Samson Properties a 3% commission, your REBATE at settlement would be $2,500.  Who couldn't use that money towards their settlement fees?
